Tewani is a Counseling Psychologist and an ardent Mental Health Advocate. She completed her Bachelors in English Literature and Psychology and went on to pursue Masters in Clinical Psychology. With an experience of over two years in counseling and therapy, she has been able to bring forth awareness and break taboos related to mental health. She possesses extensive active listening and communication skills and excels in providing therapy and guidance to individuals of varied ages. She has worked with clients from rural and urban areas all over the country, helping them in handling their emotional and behavioral problems. 

After working in the field for a couple of years, she realized there was a need for a platform where literally anyone can approach a trained and qualified mental health professional, at her/his own convenience. With an intent of raising awareness about mental health in the nooks of Bharat and being an approachable Mental Health Aid to all sects of the society, she founded Healthy Mind Haven!
